This module features the ability to build rules based on value and / or department. For businesses that use Project Accounting you can also link a requisition to a specific project through a simple drop down which can be hidden if not required.
Our Sage 200 Direct Debit Module saves time on processing payment collections by enabling the user to generate a suggested payment list which can be tweaked and amended if required before posting into Sage. Upon posting the module produces a csv file in the required format (in accordance with your Bacs providers requirements) and simultaneously auto-generates credits and allocates receipts against the relevant invoices in Sage. This routine replaces what would otherwise have been a manual and potentially time consuming process.
For businesses that work in Excel extensively and would like to save time, Sage 200 Excel Journal Entry Module mimics journal entries in Sage. The data is validated before importing into Sage reducing the risk of errors.
