Act! Premier Trainer - Premier Trainers are the highest tier of Act! Certified Consultant. They are certified by Swiftpage (the authors of Act!) as capable of delivering the kind of training that delivers real business value to user organisations. As one of only three organisations to hold the ‘Premier Trainer’ accreditation outside of the Americas, we are constantly striving to lead on raising the standard of Act! training globally.
Salesforce Certified Partner – Our expanding team of Salesforce Certified Consultants deliver transformational business management systems for our clients. By integrating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with Sage 200, we’re able to deliver best-of-breed solutions on the Force.com platforms that support growth.
Webexpenses Partner of the Year - We were proud to be recognised as ‘Webexpenses Business Partner of the Year’ in October 2017.
Sage Circle of Excellence – This customer service award is hosted by Sage, but independently adjudicated by the University of Northumbria. A strict analysis of ‘net promoter’ scores measure the extent to which existing clients whom we have served would recommend our services to others. We are proud to have won this award 6 times!
Sage CEO Circle - This global award is a huge achievement, identifying us as the #1 partner in the UK for ‘Subscription Sales Excellence’. It recognises Solutions’ commitment to customer choice by extending our product portfolio to include a broad range of subscription (SaaS) options.
Supporting and Developing of Future Talent - We invest heavily in nurturing the consultants, technicians, developers and administrators of the future. We’re particularly proud of George Dennis (Support Technician) therefore, who recently won 'Nottinghamshire's Apprentice of the Year' at the Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. George impressed our senior management team and also the judges with his positive attitude, willingness to learn and regularly going above and beyond company expectations.
High performing young people are characteristic of all areas of our business, including Nicola Gibson (CRM Sales Executive based at our Willington office) who won ‘Outstanding Young Employee of The Year’ in the Staffordshire Business Awards.
eMail Marketing Evangelist - Sales Director, Will Ingleby, was named the recipient of this prestigious award. It recognises a Consultant who takes the lead in terms of product awareness and campaign management skills and is able to share that knowledge with the global partner community, supporting them in educating their own clients to help bring about transformational change in their local business environments.
