Precautions to minimise the risk from Coronavirus
In view of the current Corona virus ‘COVID-19’ pandemic, Solutions for Accounting and CRM would like to provide you with the following information.
It remains business as usual at Solutions but we have now taken the decision for all staff to work from home, as we are fortunate to have great technology in place enabling us to work remotely.
Our support team are continuing as normal, however we do ask that in the first instance you contact them via email, email@example.com or log a case on the self service portal. Our support experts will phone you back as quickly as possible to resolve your case.
If you do phone the Support line (0115 840 5075) and aren’t able to speak to anyone immediately, please leave a clear voicemail with your company, name, phone number and a brief explanation of the issue so we can delegate it within team accordingly and the appropriate expert will return your call.
If you aren’t an existing support client and are looking to speak to an expert regarding a new system or wishing to discuss our services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be in contact.

We are fortunate to have great systems in place enabling our teams to go about business as normal with access to all of our systems remotely, without any major disruptions to our working capabilities and efficiency. This is a key example of how software accessible via the cloud, or being cloud-connected, is of vital importance to the running of a business during such a difficult and uncertain time. After all, life must go on and businesses still need to function.
