We are currently seeking a CRM Implementation Consultant and an Internal Sales Development Representative to join our growing, friendly company based in the East Midlands, with offices in Nottingham and Derbyshire. Both roles will be home based but once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted, you will be expected to attend our offices for occasional meetings.

Solutions have been providing businesses with leading Business Management software solutions for over 20 years with a strong team of experts and leaders in their field. We will support you and invest in your training so you can develop your skills and improve your knowledge. Our new starters


Phil Baker, Sage 200 Sales Consultant, joined Solutions in February just before the pandemic really took force. In his role, Phil focusses on acquiring new business and helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans. Bringing lots of valuable knowledge from over 13 years in the business, he is a great addition to the team.


When Karen Gibbons joined us in September, she brought with her a wealth of experience across the Sage product range including Sage 50, Sage 200, Payroll, Sage CRM as well as Act! CRM, Spindle and Salesforce and development! Karen will be working across our Support, Development and even our Projects team.


September also saw Adam Brailsford join the Solutions team as a Web Applications Developer. Adam has great experience in developing applications for both “on premise” and cloud solutions and will be helping accelerate our Solutions Additions cloud offerings.


Our most recent recruit, Robert White, joined our Support team in November. He is a qualified accountant who has worked in senior roles and has been supporting Sage 50, Sage 200, Spindle, Credit Hound and more for the last 15 years, bringing rich experience to our support team.

CRM Implementation Consultant

If you are an ambitious, self-motivated and driven specialist then you could be perfect to join our progressive and expanding CRM Project Implementation team. You will be involved in the implementation of the CRM solution throughout the project from scoping of the customer’s requirements, designing & building the CRM system, training and being on site for the system ‘go live’, before handing over to our support team.

Internal Sales Development Representative

If you are enthusiastic and ambitious, wanting to grow your career in sales and play a key role in helping to exceed our targets, focused on selling our range of ERP and Accounting products (Sage Intacct and Sage 200) then we want to hear from you.

Thanks to our fantastic systems we have been working from home with business as usual for more than 8 months. Even working remotely won’t stop us from getting to know our new recruits as our weekly quizzes have become a good way to stay connected and have a bit of fun.
