Nottingham, 1st October 2019: Solutions for Accounting and CRM is delighted to welcome Sage customers of Ridgeworks IT into its client community.
An agreement has been reached to transfer the Sage business interests of Ridgeworks IT Limited to the Midlands based Sage Platinum Partner.
Having been an established Sage practitioner for many years in the UK, Ridgeworks IT has grown to become a trusted provider of managed IT solutions with a focus on delivering communications, security and infrastructure to its clients. The Leeds based business therefore sought to appoint a trusted specialist partner to serve and take ownership of its Sage business management software customer base.
Solutions for Accounting and CRM is widely recognised and respected as one of the most capable Sage consultancies in the UK and international community, making it a clear and responsible choice for Ridgeworks IT to safeguard the interests of its Sage clients.
With a large services, development, consulting and training team, Solutions is a Sage ‘Platinum’ partner dedicated to supporting the growing community of small and medium enterprises who rely upon Sage to manage business management processes.
Solutions is well known within the industry as a provider of Sage 50 and Sage 200 Accounting management and ERP solutions, together with Sage CRM, Act! and Saleforce. In many cases, these systems are integrated to provide rich, centralised customer information, able to empower every customer-facing business process.
From 1st October, contracted clients of Ridgeworks IT will enjoy a single point of contact for order placement and support through Solutions for Accounting and CRM. On-site services for implementation, training and consultancy will be delivered by Solutions’ locally based experts across the UK. This includes key personnel from Ridgeworks IT who have transferred to become Solutions employees.
