The 2019 R1 release of Sage CRM will help leverage CRM capabilities throughout your entire organisation with updates to the self-service portal, the software development kit and numerous other improvements. Sage CRM can be integrated into your Sage Accounting solution to offer greater functionality, enabling you to manage your customer relationships across sales, marketing, customer service and accounts.
Improvements to the web self-service experience
Sage have created a new responsive version of the self-service portal. It is easy to put into production and allows you to deliver the power and adaptability of the self-service API for external users of Sage CRM.
Improvements to the Calendar List
All Sage CRM users can now view a complete list of their tasks and appointments in My CRM Calendar List. By default, this list shows all the tasks and appointments from the moment when the user was created in Sage CRM.
Improvements to the software development kit
For educational purposes, Sage have created multiple sample Visual Studio projects, including social media integrations. This allows you to speed up the creation of these specific extensions, as well as developing custom integrations for specific customer projects and to extend core product functionality.
