Salesforce weighs in at Kilo
Kilo Ltd are a leading chemical distributor with a great deal of experience in the import, supply and distribution of Chemicals to companies within the Manufacturing industry. They work directly with many Industrial, Food and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.
We spoke to Matthew Ratcliffe, Kilo’s Head of Sales, about his experience working with Solutions and using Salesforce:

What was your experience working with Solutions?
“We were impressed! Solutions were very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and really understand what we wanted out of the system. It was clear that they had understood as the training we received had been tailored to our requirements.
“During the planning of the project, we met with Solutions a number of times. These meetings were interactive and flowing with ideas that not only fulfilled our expectations, but also remained within the costings and timeframe.
“Once a clear solution had been designed the project developed into the ‘build and configuration’ stage. During this time our Project Manager, James Cooke, organised weekly ‘sprint’ calls which kept us in the loop and also provided opportunities to refine the system as it developed.”
What are the benefits you’re seeing from Salesforce?
“Within our organisation, all departments having access to our client information in one central location is very valuable.
“The ability to view all correspondence from emails, phone calls, meetings, demos and marketing enables a complete overview of our client’s activities and buying patterns. This allows our teams to have more knowledgeable conversations with our clients and our marketing to be far more targeted.”
